The Austin, Texas, software-as-a-service firm had 1,337 staff as of Dec. 31, in response to its annual report. BigCommerce mentioned the motion strikes ahead its adjusted EBITDA breakeven timeline from mid-to-late 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2023. The corporate will concentrate on its “increasing management in enterprise ecommerce.” It is also planning to guide a fourth-quarter impairment of $2 million to $3.2 million for its services. BigCommerce shares are down 73.7% in 2022, in comparison with a drop of 28.6% by the Nasdaq .
