A Washington man accused of arson is dealing with jail time for committing a hate crime after concentrating on Queer/Bar, an LGBTQ nightclub in Seattle.

Kalvinn Garcia, 26, pleaded responsible and was sentenced in federal courtroom to serve 4 years in jail, the U.S. Legal professional’s Workplace introduced this week. Garcia admitted he focused Queer/Bar as a result of he was angered after discovering an indication that stated “queer,” finally setting hearth to a dumpster within the alley immediately behind the venue on February twenty fourth, 2020.
