Sampha has revealed the discharge date for his sophomore album, Lahai: The follow-up to 2017’s Course of is out October 20 by way of Younger. Together with “Spirit 2.0,” the brand new album consists of “Solely,” which arrives at this time with a music video directed by Dexter Navy in collaboration with Sampha. Sampha named Lahai after his paternal grandfather. He obtained album contributions from Yaeji, Léa Sen, Sheila Maurice-Gray of Kokoroko, Ibeyi, Morgan Simpson of Black Midi, Yussef Dayes, Laura Groves, El Guincho, and Kwake Bass.
Sampha will play Satellite tv for pc Enterprise reveals in London and Los Angeles in October. Later within the month, he’ll start his Lahai Tour in San Francisco.
