Jan 17 (Reuters) – U.S. house home equipment maker Whirlpool Corp (WHR.N) mentioned on Tuesday it might divest main components of its Europe, Center East and Africa (EMEA) enterprise and type a brand new Europe-focused entity with Turkish family home equipment producer Arcelik.
The brand new entity will encompass Whirlpool’s main home equipment enterprise in Europe and Arcelik’s (ARCLK.IS) main home equipment, shopper electronics, air con and small home equipment companies, the corporate mentioned in an announcement.
